The annual publication, the Quality of Australian Canola, has now been released for 2014/15 harvest.
This publication details the values for core quality attributes for Australian canola for the most recent harvest.
This includes a detailed commentary on the growing season conditions for 2014, with data tables and charts detailing the measures for key quality attributes including oil and protein levels, fatty acid profiles and levels of glucosinolates in meal.
